As the EHS Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, projects, and policies
- Create and lead site trainings to ensure compliance with all company, federal, state, and local regulations
- Continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, equipment, working conditions through inspections, observations, and audits
- Manage EHS documentation, records, audits, and reporting
- Lead site incident investigations, provide corrective actions, document and track progress

Job Requirements
As the EHS Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant technical degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment in an EHS focused role
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Continuous growing knowledge of federal, state, local, and company EHS regulations and requirements
- Previous experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
