Our client is a global manufacturer that is in search of an EHS Manager to support their facility in the greater St. Louis, MO area.
As the EHS Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve EHS programs and projects to aid in assuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations
- Identify areas of concern and implement improvement solutions, including incident and near misses investigations and reporting
- Oversee site’s PSM program
- Provide leadership and development of team members through trainings and EHS principles
- Create and manage EHS budget needs

Job Requirements
As the EHS Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in chemical engineering, environmental engineering, safety engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience out of a chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refining, or pulp & paper manufacturing facility
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated EHS management role
- Previous experience with Process Safety Management
