ERISA & Employee Benefits Attorney
Location: Washington, DC
Compensation: Up to $200,000 Base + Full Benefits
We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney to support a sophisticated practice focused on multi-employer plans. This role will provide legal counsel on compliance, regulatory changes, and benefit plan operations while working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on ERISA, employee benefits, and multi-employer plan compliance.
- Interpret and apply IRS, DOL, and PBGC regulations.
- Draft and review plan documents, policies, and legal opinions.
- Assist clients with compliance issues, plan corrections, and governance matters.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting employee benefit plans.
Requirements:
- Licensed attorney in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience representing or advising multi-employer benefit plans.
- Extensive knowledge of ERISA and employee benefits law.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional writing and client communication skills.
