This opportunity will involve developing new ESOP pension business opportunities, serving as a resource for a team and overseeing the operations and procedures within the department. The hired person will have significant influence in the direction and vision of the organization.

~ Should have at least 5+ years of ESOP plan sales/supervisory experience.

~ ASPPA exams or credentials are helpful.

~ Ability for occasional overnight travel
