Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retirement Sales Representative to drive new business development and client growth. This hybrid role offers flexibility, a competitive base salary, and an uncapped commission structure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of retirement plan services and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the retirement or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients throughout Indiana
- Promote and sell TPA services to financial advisors, plan sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and referral sources
- Conduct presentations and meetings (virtual and in-person) to educate clients on service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the retirement, financial services, or benefits industry
- Familiarity with 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified retirement plans
- Strong understanding of TPA services and their value proposition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to travel within Indiana for client meetings and events (as needed)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary up to $100,000
- Uncapped, performance-based commission structure
