Job Title: Employee Benefits Client Manager

Location: North York, PA

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Employee Benefits Client Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as their primary point of contact for all benefit-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits administration, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for a designated portfolio of employee benefits clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review benefit plans, discuss renewals, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with benefit vendors, carriers, and consultants to negotiate pricing, terms, and services that meet the needs of clients.
  • Analyze benefit plan options and recommend improvements or changes based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Manage open enrollment processes, including communication materials, meetings, and enrollment platforms.
  • Assist clients with resolving benefit claim issues, billing discrepancies, and other administrative matters.
  • Stay informed about changes in benefit regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to advise clients effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee benefits administration, client management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefit plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and benefit administration software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Life & Health for PA
