Employee Benefits Executive Sales Consultant

 

The EB Executive Sales Consultant is responsible for growing revenue within the Bay area by focusing on employee benefits group sales targeting organizations with 50 to 1000 employees. This individual will have an excellent service and implementation model and will be able to expand their market focus through collaborative partnerships in other lines of business. The strongest candidates will have a track record of employee benefit group sales regionally with a focus on healthcare and hospitality institutions. They will be responsible for presentations and proposals to the closing sale. They will have a starting six-figure guaranteed salary with a lucrative incentive compensation plan that encompasses both new and renewed business and the ability to earn more for cross selling as well.

 

Required:

Past track record of employee benefit group sales ideally with a mid-large groups segment focus

Insurance Broker Licenses (ideally Life and Health and Property and Casualty)

Knowledge of Healthcare reform, benefits administration and industry trends

Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

Compensation:

$125,000 - $150,000 (possibly more or creative packages depending on tenure and past book)

Incentive Compensation for new business, renewals and cross selling

Total compensation = $200,000 to $500,000
