Engineering Manager
Job Description
Our client is a global leader in the production of mineral based products. They have facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia. They are looking to add an Engineering Manager to their facility near Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, focusing on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and coordinate engineering policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Be a part of capital and maintenance projects
- Recommend, development, and manage continuous improvement plans
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + yearly bonus

Job Requirements
As the Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering but may consider other relevant engineering degrees
- 4+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals preferred
- Previous experience managing capital projects
- Familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing; Black Belt is ideal but will consider those without
