Engineering Manager
Job Description
Our client is a global chemical manufacturing company and they have an opening for an Engineering Manager at their 300-person facility. This Engineering Manager will manage the Capex budget, maintenance, contractors on site, and have indirect responsibility for Process Engineers. This person will work closely with production/operations, HSE, and CI.
Engineering Manager/Technical Manager/Maintenance Manager/Capital Projects Manager/chemicals/engineering
As the Engineering Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing a capex budget of $3M-$5M and a maintenance budget
- Oversee all capital projects on site
- Manage contractors and maintenance vendors
- Stay informed of and support all SHE standards and regulations
- Provide technical expertise for projects
- Manage 3-5 technician direct reports and oversee indirect reports
- Support plans for site improvement

Job Requirements
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- BS Engineering – Chemical, Industrial, maybe others
- 7-10 years of manufacturing experience, with people management experience
- Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations
- Batch process experience is preferred
Salary: $94,500K - $135K + 15% bonus potential
