Our client is a growing manufacturer who supports the petrochemical industry. They currently seek a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a expanding group of engineers who support their facility near Houston, TX. This Engineering Manager will be responsible for evaluating the engineering team, meeting the company’s goals and objectives, providing engineering expertise at this facility, and hiring/training engineers to keep up with the company growth.

 

Salary Range: $170,000 - $180,000 + bonus

Job Requirements

This position requires a degree in chemical engineering. NO OTHER DEGREES WILL BE CONSIDERED. It also requires at least 6 years of post-graduate technical supervision experience working out of a PSM-regulated batch chemical process.
