Job Description
Our client is a leader in the food and beverage industry. They are currently in search of an Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will be a driven, proactive engineer with a strong track record of implementing and managing process improvements.

As the Engineering Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervise and lead process engineering team
- Manage process improvement projects
- Develop P&IDs, PFDs, and Mass & Energy balances
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to improve processes
- Ensures compliance of all legal and company guidelines for safety

Job Requirements
As the Engineering Manager job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or other relevant degree
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a food, chemical, or other related industry
- Previous engineering supervision/leadership experience
- Must have previous experience with process improvements, day-to-day operations, and capital project experience
