Engineering Manager
Job Description
Our client is a global leader in the production of mineral based products. They have facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia. They are looking to add a Engineering Manager to their facility 1 hour north of Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, focusing on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Engineering Manager/Program Manager/Chemical Engineer/Manager/Maintenance/Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/Green Belt/Black Belt/Continuous Improvement/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/Operations/Production/Engineering
As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and coordinate engineering policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Be a part of capital and maintenance projects
- Recommend, development, and manage continuous improvement plans
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + yearly bonus

Job Requirements
As the Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering but may consider other relevant engineering degrees
- 4+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals preferred
- Previous experience managing capital projects
- Familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing; Black Belt is ideal but will consider those without
