Job Description

Our client is a manufacturing leader in consumer goods and adhesives. They are looking for a Engineering Manager to add to their team in the Sioux Falls area.
Engineering Manager/Program Manager/Project Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Manager/Maintenance/Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/Green Belt/Black Belt/Continuous Improvement/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/Operations/Production/Engineering
 
As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manage, lead, and mentor manufacturing engineering group
  • Oversee projects from conception to implementation 
  • Develop and coordinate engineering policies, procedures, budgets, and strategies 
  • Provide recommendations for new technologies and equipment reliability 
  • Resolve manufacturing issues 
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
     
Salary Range: $100,000 - $144,000

Job Requirements

As the Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of in-plant engineering manufacturing experience; chemicals preferred
  • Previous experience managing capital projects and engineering team management
  • Lean manufacturing experience
