Our client is a leader in recycling technology that focuses on sustainability. They currently seek an Environmental Engineer to add to their team in the greater Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, self-starter that is eager to assist in expanding this organization nationwide.

As an Environmental Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• In charge of permit and regulatory training for operators
• Create and submit Environmental reports and plans
• Responsible for creating and implementing compliance plans for capital projects
• Complete and maintain all necessary air permitting and regulatory support
• Ensure compliance of local, company, federal, and state regulatory policies and guidelines

 As an Environmental Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or another science related field
• 5+ years of environmental air permitting and regulatory experience in a manufacturing facility; chemicals preferred
• Experience managing compliance and building compliance manuals
• Title V experience is a plus
