Environmental Manager/Environmental Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Environmental Science/Engineering/Chemicals/Manufacturing/Chemical Manufacturing/EHS/Chemistry/Chemical Engineer/Health/Safety/Civil Engineer

As an Environmental Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure compliance of HSE regulations
  • Plan, enforce, and review site environmental action plans, strategies, guidelines, reports, and procedures in compliance with government agencies
  • Identify environmental regulations/risks and implement improvements for complete compliance
  • Assist with safety and regulatory trainings of plant personnel
  • Maintain permits and renewal applications and any other necessary documentation
  • Current knowledge of laws and regulations

Job Requirements

As an Environmental Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or other related science degree
  • 5+ years of experience with environmental regulatory in a manufacturing environment; chemicals preferred
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations
  • Knowledge in air media is required
