I have a current opening for a goal oriented individual who will continue to raise the bar of success at our company. Our income is determined by what we produce (and there are no limits). We offer a base salary + commissions. I have been recruiting with CPS, Inc.'s, Retirement Services Division, recruiting for over 30 years. I came to CPS without any prior recruiting experience. Over the past 30 years, I have learned from the best. This isn't a hit or miss recruiting/sales position. It is a sales role where you will learn how develop, build and maintain business relationships for years to come. You will learn the fine art of full cycle recruiting from applicant representation to client development and how to successfully build your business.

I have the privilege of putting the puzzle pieces together for a candidate's career aspirations and a company's hiring needs. Each piece has to fit perfectly in order for it to be a complete match. My areas of expertise include Retirement Plans (DC, DB Non-qualified) and Wealth Management. I work with individuals that serve as Administrators to people that are in a Supervisory or a Sales/Service capacity. Our assignments cover the entire United States.

Outside of the office, I love to spend time with my family, play ice hockey or golf and listen to music.
