Our client company is a leader in the development and manufacturing of environmentally responsible agricultural products. They are looking to add a Fermentation Engineer to their state-of-the-art facility in Iowa.  

As a Fermentation Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in day-to-day production support including troubleshooting and firefighting
• Comply with all site safety rules and regulations
• Create and maintain batch records and any other documentation
• Provide fermentation related support and solutions to production
• Recommend continuous improvement projects based on data tracking

Salary Range: $80,000/year - $120,000/year

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biology, or another related degree
• Previous fermentation experience or exposure is required
• Previous experience with production support, troubleshooting, and firefighting
