Financial Client Service Specialist - Aliso Viejo, CA
This is a customer-facing role responsible for providing excellent service for a group of financial clients.
- Answering for phone calls and emails regarding our financial advisor web portal
- Answering client questions in person at our company events (must be willing to travel occasionally)
- Creating and analyzing fee and investment reports
Full training is provided.

Job Requirements
Strong communication skills are a must, as the role includes building and maintaining working relationships with team members, vendors and other departments throughout the organization. Familiarity with customer service is preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiarity with finance industry terminology, products and services
- Ability to provide instruction via phone and/or webinar
- Confidence with learning our technology and financial advisor portal
- Strong communication skills when working with peers, senior management, team members and vendors
- Commitment to culture requires a demonstration of professionalism, attendance, accountability, customer/client focus, and teamwork
Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 plus bonus, benefits and excellent growth.
