Financial Services Lead
We are seeking a Financial Services Lead to support the investment team. This role involves managing investment transactions, fund operations, client communications, and assisting with compliance and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Transactions: Manage investment processes, including preparing subscription documents and reviewing agreements.
- Client & Prospect Support: Handle communications with clients and prospective investors and maintain accurate client/prospect databases.
- Fund & Financial Tracking: Track fund transactions, process wires, and manage fund finances.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain fund formation documents, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Third-Party Coordination: Work with external service providers, ensuring timely delivery of required documents.
- Special Projects: Assist with various projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 65 or Series 66 license required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or investment management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with fund operations, compliance, and client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
