Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve business goals.
- Recommend and participate in activities related to the design, development, and maintenance of the digital capabilities within the HR systems environment.
- Identify new external developments and / or emerging issues within the “people systems” space and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
- Drive advances in technologies to increase the value delivered by technology and digital capabilities through improvements to the efficiency of technology environment.
- Develop functional and operational policies and take responsibility for creating underlying operational procedures and monitoring their implementation.
- Lead, develop and coach the HR systems team of 6 specialists to grow personal and organizational capabilities of the team.
- Provide informal coaching to others throughout the organization in area of expertise.
- Develop and/or deliver budget plans and business cases with guidance from senior colleagues.

Job Requirements
- Leader in the HR systems space with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations, upgrades, and production support in the HR systems space.
- A minimum of 10 years in HR systems; with at least 6 years of leadership experience.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience of Workday with a wide knowledge of configuration basics across the platform: knowledge of Service Now HR module and payroll systems a plus.
- Experience leading multicultural teams across different regions of the globe through requirements gathering, gap analysis, build, testing and implementation of new tools.
- This position requires a Bachelor level degree.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experienced in working collaboratively in a matrix organization.
