Small and mighty located along the Mississippi in Tennessee and rich with cultural history and affordable cost of living, this agency is searching for an creative Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. With a strong emphasis on delivering results and fostering a culture of excellence, this agency is determined to transform the way B2B businesses approach marketing.  The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, and the ability to create high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

*** This is not a remote position. Based in Memphis working hybrid in-office schedule***

 

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and have primarily worked in digital throughout their career, but should also be comfortable with print design and layout. To be set up for success, the right candidate will have a proven high level of proficiency designing for WordPress and/or Webflow, as well as experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.  Additionally, the candidate should have experience being a lead designer (or co-lead) on a brand development project and speak to previous work involving UX/CRO decisions.
