Job Description

Working closely with VP & leadership team to set clearly and efficiently day to day operational tasks across the organization

Developing the culture and environment in the organization to deliver positive growth

Coaching and developing leaders and employees to perform at their best

Distinguish top talents in the organization, building the succession pipeline, building mitigation plan and strategies in case of talent gaps, organizing engagement & developmental activities for your client group

Building the right human capabilities within the business, when it comes to the organization design and set of skills & capabilities of the workforce

Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems, promoting the culture of Diversity & Inclusion

Partnering closely with the plant manager and operations leaders on employee relations, and employee communications/engagement activities

Developing strategies for local talent recruitment in partnership with talent acquisition

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience with HR management in manufacturing and supply chain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate excellent leadership ability
