Job Description
Health and Safety Supervisor
As the Health & Safety Supervisor, job responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local and corporate health and safety standards
- Develop, implement, and manage a health and safety system that provides business processes to support development, manufacturing, sales and technical in compliance with company standards
- Audit manufacturing processes and make recommendations for process safety
- Responsible for site safety training and coaching of employees on safe work behaviors

Job Requirements
As the Health & Safety Supervisor, job requirements consist of:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant industry experience
- 2+ years of direct experience in a Health & Safety position working at a manufacturing facility
- Experience leading health and safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space
- 10 Hour and/or 30 Hour OSHA training/certification is a plus
