As the Health and Safety Director job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establish and manage multi-site EHS programs
- Ensure compliance with all company, Federal, State, and local regulations
- Lead accident/incident investigations, provide corrective actions, and track progress
- Provide site safety training, support and coach employees on safe work behaviors
- Improve company-wide safety systems

Job Requirements
As the Health and Safety Director job requirements consist of but are not limited to, the following:
- BS of Science Engineering or another Safety related degree
- 3+ years of experience in a safety-based role out of a chemical manufacturing facility
- Prior leadership experience such as regional EHS Manager or Site EHS Manager
- Familiarity and knowledge of PSM and OHSA regulations and standards
- Experience in Behavioral Based Safety and/or Employee Involvement Safety Programs
