Health and Safety Leader/Health & Safety Specialist/EHS/Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist/Chemical Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Title V/PSM/Process Safety Management/Process Hazard Analysis/Incident Investigation/EHS Manager/Safety Manager/Engineering/Industrial Safety/Environmental Sciences
As the Health & Safety Leader job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with other departments on process improvements for site safety
- Ensure compliance of regulatory programs and safety procedures
- Manage site’s PSM program, MOCCs, and PHAs
- Drive safety risk assessment and develop/implement appropriate corrective actions
- Report site accidents and lead incident investigation
- Site safety training and coaching of employees on safe work behaviors
- Manage site’s permitting and auditing and keep all documentation up-to-date

Job Requirements
As the Health & Safety Leader job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Sciences
- 4+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting, chemicals preferred
- Previous experience working in a PSM regulated facility
- Must possess OSHA 30-hour certification
- Previous experience implementing process hazard analysis
- Previous experience conducting incident investigation and job safety analysis
