Human Resource Manager
Duties
- Work closely with operations and all other areas within the organization to ensure the appropriate staffing levels
- Administration and interpretation of policies and procedures to ensure all is handled consistently and in a timely manner
- Build and maintain favorable relationships with management and employees – you need to like people!
- Manage, report, and monitor statistics with regards to attendance, safety, turnover, and resource headcount as well as implement corrective actions where indicators fall short of desired goals
- Must accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans
- Must ensure activities follow all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
- Lead and coach leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans
- Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
- Develop and execute team strategies to improve organizational health and culture

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification highly desired
- 8 + years of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work across all levels of our organization to resolve employee issues with compassion and confidentiality – someone who puts the Human in Human Resources
