Job Description
- Be key point of contact for HR related issues
- Support the delivery and implementation of HR Processes and implementation of HR strategy
- Provide HR advice, support and guidance on all HR related aspects – escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain the employee handbook, HR policies and associated documentation and ensure they meet legal requirements
- Manage the employee’s life cycle related admin: maintain all personnel records online and offline, draft employment contracts, provide reporting as required
- Recruit for open positions
- Monitor level of absenteeism and work with management on improvement actions
- Continuously improve the effective deployment of the change management approach
- Ensure the change management approach is deployed effectively through training, coaching, provision of tools and other support materials
- Train and coach managers in the effective use of the change management approach and the materials for seamless deliver
- Ad hoc projects as required, both local and national

Job Requirements
- University degree plus at least 5 years work experience, in HR, Change Management, or other functions with tangible change management and transformational leadership experience
- A proven track record of delivering large and complex projects on time and on budget
- Highly polished and professional behaviours, comfortable presenting and influencing at managerial level
- Competent professional with the ability to provide strategic change management input and translate it into tactical and operational implementation plans for the region
- Stakeholder and influencing skills
- Can deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Able to translate theory into practice and the other way around
- Excellent communicator, both in communication with specialists and with main stakeholders
