Our client is a global manufacturer of specialty chemical products. They are looking for an experienced Industrial Hygiene Manager to join their facility in the greater Houston area.

As an Industrial Hygiene Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage current Industrial Hygiene programs and protocols
- Lead and mentor junior staff members
- Perform investigations for incidents and provide improvements and corrections
- Manage Asbestos and Radiation programs for this site
- Manage Industrial Hygiene lab, including equipment, documentation, etc.

Job Requirements
As an Industrial Hygiene Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Biology, Industrial Hygiene, or other science related field
- 5+ years of experience in an Industrial Hygiene focused role within a chemical manufacturing facility
- Must have Radiation Safety Officer Certification and Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Training Certification (or 5+ years of experience in either field)
- Must be a Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist, Certified Industrial Hygienist, or certify within 5 years of hire
