Seeking an Instrument Engineer for an exciting opportunity in Houston, TX. This worldwide organization values professional growth and provides excellent benefits.

Responsibilities for the Instrument Engineer include:

·         Monitoring and maintaining instrument assets

·         Designing and installing instruments throughout the site

·         Performing Root Cause Analysis on instrumentation failures and providing recommendations for corrective actions

·         Working to improve overall system efficiency

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Instrument Engineer include:

·         Bachelor's degree required, Electrical Engineering degree preferred

·         At least 3 years of relevant experience within a chemical or refining industry

·         Experience with electrical distribution systems a plus

·         Ability to travel up to 10%
