Job Description

Base salary $90,000-$110,000

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401k.

Excellent opportunity for a hands-on laboratory leader to oversee quality systems, analytical testing, and a team of laboratory professionals within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role offers visibility across operations, quality, technical service, and environmental functions, along with strong long-term growth potential into broader technical leadership positions.

Key Requirements:

  • BS in Chemistry or related scientific field
  • 6+ years of manufacturing laboratory experience
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with ICP, IC, AA, GC, titration, and other analytical instrumentation
  • Experience with LIMS/LabWare systems
  • ISO 9001 auditing and quality management experience
  • Food Safety (FSMA) experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

  • Lead and develop a team of laboratory technicians
  • Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and testing activities
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Oversee laboratory instrumentation, calibration, and maintenance programs
  • Serve as the site quality lead for ISO 9001 compliance activities
  • Support customer inquiries, investigations, and technical service efforts
  • Maintain food safety and quality programs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support capital equipment projects
