Labor Relations Manager Fortune 500 Company

  • Chief Negotiator in collective bargaining, final step in grievance procedures
  • Write clear contract language that sets forth intent of both parties
  • Employment and organizational development
  • Train employees in HR policy, procedures and resources
  • Oversight of new hire orientation, employee relations and training
  • Maintain current knowledge of benefits changes


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of labor relations experience with collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitration
  • Substantial experience serving as Chief Negotiator during the collective bargaining process
  • Experience dealing with the NLRA/NLRB, preferably in a publicly held manufacturing company
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% (overnight)
