The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will be responsible for a team of Engineers and the overall Maintenance Department. Foster team dynamics and promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Encourage open communication, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, share knowledge, and address any challenges. This is a very visible and key leadership role in a global organization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering

8 + years of demonstrated experience leading and motivating maintenance and reliability excellence 

Project management experience 

Experience with rotating and fixed equipment
