Job Description
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- Equipment repair plans/procedures in coordination with equipment suppliers and engineering
- Supervise technicians
- Manage expense budgets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and oversite maintenance procedures
- Oversight of on-site machinery repairs (maintenance shop support)
- Oversight of third party machinery fabrication shops including hold point inspections
- Review plant equipment purchase recommendations for operability, maintainability, and reliability.

Job Requirements
- Understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) usage for preventive maintenance, failure reporting and equipment history management.
- Experience with industrial heavy machinery is required. Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermographics and lubrication monitoring.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with people in all departments.
- Time and project management skills required.
- Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple assignments with minimum guidance.
