Job Description
Seeking a Maintenance Manager for an exciting position in Houston, TX. This leading organization is seeking a strong leader to oversee the maintenance and reliability processes at this location.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager include;
· Managing maintenance department staff and activities
· Evaluating employee performance, coaching, and mentoring maintenance staff
· Ensuring all safety rules and procedures are enforced
· Developing and implementing preventive maintenance program
· Leading maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with Process Safety Management program and mechanical integrity
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
· Related experience in maintenance leadership
· Proven predictive/preventive maintenance experience with rotating equipment
· Experience leading a maintenance department that includes pipefitters, mechanics, electricians, and technicians preferred
· Proficient in SAP and PSM preferred
· Excellent communication and team building skills
