Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager include:
- Managing the Maintenance Department and personnel
- Ensuring all equipment is operational and all safety requirements are met
- Working with other departments to develop reliability metric
- Assisting in developing strategic maintenance plan for the site
- Oversees operation and repair of critical equipment to ensure production efficiency
- Acting as a resource for other sites as needed
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience within a chemical, refinery, or similar environment
- Demonstrated experience in Total Production Maintenance systems and improvements
- Proven leadership abilities
- Understanding of CMMS including SAP, Maximo, or Hippo
- Excellent communication and team building skills
