Job Description

Seeking a Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturer in LaFayette, Georgia. This global organization offers exceptional benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager include:

·         Overseeing the maintenance team

·         Developing and managing operational and capital budgets

·         Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring completion of planned work

·         Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include:

·         Bachelor’s degree required, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred

·         Al least 7 years of experience in a large scale manufacturing environment with proven knowledge of process manufacturing equipment

·         3+ years of supervisory experience

·         Understanding of PLC hardware and Ladder Logic programming

·         Expert in NEC and NFPA 70E standards and regulations

·         Process Safety Management experience a bonus

·         Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
