Responsibilities for the Maintenance Superintendent include:

·         Overseeing plant equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency

·         Manage Supervisors in the plant

·         Planning and implementing the layout and modifications of equipment

·         Ensuring all work orders are timely and focused on safety

·         Ensuring proper training of employees

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Maintenance Superintendent include:

·         Bachelor's degree in Engineering required

·         At least 5 years of relevant experience

·         Understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations

·         Proven management experience

·         Strong communication, mentoring, and analytical skills
