· Leading daily maintenance and repair activities
· Ensuring quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained
· Directing maintenance employees including trainings and policies
· Identifying and recommending improvements for maintenance equipment and procedures
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Maintenance Supervisor include:
· Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within an automated manufacturing environment
· Strong understanding of packaging machinery
· Familiar with mechanical blueprints machine drawings and PLC programs
· Excellent communication, mentoring and leadership skills
