Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Support safety standards and lead employee training
Train personnel and provide technical guidance to crafts, troubleshoot issues, schedule employees, develop the daily work schedule, and facilitate daily update meetings
Help plan major shutdowns
Investigate equipment failures and oversee outside contractors.
Collaborate with plant teams to achieve objectives and perform other assigned tasks

Job Requirements
A degree in engineering is preferred or 5 plus years of maintenance supervisory experience.
Familiarity with industrial maintenance techniques (PM, PDM, CMMS, RCM, TPM).
A solid understanding of engineering and safety practices.
Ability to coordinate, train, and motivate both hourly employees and outside contractors.
Experience estimating, planning, and scheduling work orders
