FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS     MANAGER OF FP & A  MANAGER OF FINANCIAL ANALYSIS 

• Analyze current and past trends in all financial areas
• Monitor performance indicators, trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance
• Supervise a Financial Analyst
• Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling
• Special projects
• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
• Utilize a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred

8+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning for a professional services firm or mortgage servicing firm
