As a Manufacturing Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure safety and quality throughout manufacturing processes
• Offer technical knowledge to contribute to process/product improvement
• Work cross-functionally with other departments for improvements in processes and production efficiencies
• Ensure productivity goals are met

Salary Range: $120,000/year to $130,000/year

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
• 3+ years of experience in a production manager role out of chemical manufacturing
• Must have previous supervisory experience 
• Track record of collaborating cross functionally with managers of different departments
• Previous experience with lean manufacturing is a plus
