Responsibilities

- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms to gather and interpret data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve ROI, and drive overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the industry.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor analytical reports to meet their specific needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Familiarity with marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer data analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
- Previous experience in an independent agency setting.
