Responsibilities for the Mechanical Integrity Reliability Engineer include:
· Managing a multi-site predictive maintenance program
· Executing and overseeing the predictive maintenance program
· Managing the Mechanical Integrity program and ensure sites are in compliance
· Monitoring rotating equipment conditions
· Recommending and purchasing predictive equipment
· Facilitating root cause failure analysis of equipment
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Mechanical Integrity Reliability Engineer include:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
· At least 5 years of relevant experience
· Proven predictive maintenance experience of rotating equipment within a chemical or petrochemical environment
· 5+ years of experience in vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound analysis
· SAP CMMS proficiency
· Must be able to travel domestically up to 20%
