Job Description
As a Media Supervisor this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our media campaigns. You'll lead strategic media planning and execution, managing a wide range of clients and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented media professional with a keen understanding of multichannel planning and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
• Foster strong internal and external relationships, including clients, partners, and agency teams.
• Oversee and manage media documents, from RFPs to billing, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Gather, analyze, and present comprehensive analysis across key KPIs, including Brand Lift, Awareness, and Action.
• Provide mentorship and workload management for junior and mid-level team members.
• Conduct client-facing competitive and strategic research using industry-standard tools.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging media platforms to provide innovative client recommendations.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• At least 4 years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with media planning and activation software (e.g., Prisma, SpectraOX, DCM, MediaTools).
• Experience with reporting software (e.g., DCM, Google Analytics, social proprietary tools).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
