(REMOTE)
Executive leadership opportunity for a proven retirement industry sales leader to drive national growth, expand advisor relationships, and lead a high-performing distribution organization. This executive leadership role will drive sales strategy, expand advisor and partner relationships, optimize distribution channels, and build a scalable, high-performing sales organization focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in retirement plan sales, distribution, or financial services
- Deep knowledge of the DC retirement marketplace, advisor channels, and fiduciary landscape
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed sales teams and exceeding growth targets
- Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Industry credentials such as AIF®, QKA®, or CFP® are a plus
