Natural Gas Compression Lubricant Sales Manager

Account Managers are responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding Lubricants sales in USA and Canada (for the assigned sectors, customers, and regions), working directly with customers and prospects or engaging with other Account Managers.  Interact with other divisions and support teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, business compliance & continuity as well as sales growth.

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that drive win-win scenarios for the customer and the company.  Own the customer/prospect relationship and is the primary point of contact for customers
  • Ensure the company has a competitive value proposition, knowing the product portfolio and related services (Distribution, Oil Analysis, Trainings, Logistics and Pricing) and requesting new product and service developments / improvements when necessary
  • In a team player spirit, interact with all Industrial Account Managers and other associated roles and divisions, to increase the overall industrial business results
  • Take a leadership role internally with multiple departments to ensure customers’ expectations are met or exceeded. Display a leadership mindset, coach and support internal stakeholders in their daily sales activities

Salary

$88,000 - $110,000

Job Requirements

Technical Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate would have a BA OR equivalent experience preferred in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-7 years Sales, 5+ years in Natural Gas and CCS project sales. If someone has extremely good technical skills, but no sales experience, they will still consider them because the technical side of the role is very important
