Our client is a leader in many different environmental services. They are in search of an Operations Manager to oversee the refining portion of their facility in the Greater Chicagoland area. This role will require excellent interpersonal skills and will supervise roughly 25 employees at different levels.
Salary Range: $130,000/year - $140,000/year

Job Requirements
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or another science-related degree and a minimum of 7 years of post-graduate manufacturing experience with a minimum of 5 years of production or operations supervision. Previous experience in refining, petrochemicals, and/or large-scale continuous processes is a must.
