Paid Search and Social Manager

Our client, a social impact organization is seeking a talented Paid Search & Social manager to support the growth of the company. As a mission-driven organization, this individual will support the Executive Director of Social Media to manage campaign planning and execution of paid media campaigns. Data measurement for this role is important as the individual will ensure that programs meet and exceed goals. They are looking for someone that can bring value and can look beyond impressions.
- 4+ years of Paid Search experience working with large brands.
- Must have experience focused on delivering and optimizing paid search campaigns.
- Deep understanding of online advertising opportunities including Social, search retargeting, video, etc.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic insight to develop long-term execution plans to business objectives, implement the plan, and achieve key metrics
- Strong presentation skills – ability to present strategic and tactical plans to senior team.
- Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint Certified preferred
- Display and Programmatic experience preferred.
