Job Description
Insurance Company looking for Payroll Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up to date
- Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and garnishments
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data
- Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting requirements
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Generate reports on payroll expenses, hours worked, and other related data

Job Requirements
-3+ years of payroll experience
-No need for specific volume of how much payroll, Around 700 employees to process payroll
-No need for specific state experience on payroll. We currently handle a lot of states including Hawaii
-We use ADP Enterprise v6 & ADP eTime as our system. It is a plus if you have this type of experience but it is not required
-College Degree not required for this role
