Payroll Manager
Job Description
- Compile and input payroll data for headquarters exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Analyze, prepare, and input, audit payroll data for all hourly personnel.
- Utilize automated systems to generate precise and punctual payroll calculations.
- Facilitate understanding of payroll procedures among management and employees.
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal wage and hour laws.
- Address and resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries while enforcing payroll policies.
- Respond to wage garnishment information requests.
- Assist in compiling and preparing payroll tax reports, unemployment tax reports, and various other payroll-related reports.
- Maintain personnel records and assist in the processing and distribution of annual W-2 forms.
- Administer social security and employment eligibility verification for all employees.
- Compile wage increase and child labor reports for each pay period.
- Process company-wide FMLA requests efficiently.
- Submit necessary documentation for unemployment claims.
- Serve as a backup resource for the benefits department.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of payroll experience.
- Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and organizational proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in payroll processing.
